Most orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to process all orders promptly, processing times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, inventory verification, payment processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping

We currently offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Estimated delivery times for US orders are 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

International shipping is available to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days, though delays due to customs processing may extend this timeframe.

Provanz Supplements Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provanz Supplements Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.
